Right of Withdrawal

You generally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase after receiving your order, subject to legal exceptions.

To cancel, notify us within 14 days of delivery. You then have another 14 days to return the goods.

You cover return shipping if informed before purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Refunds are issued within 14 days of cancellation notice but may be withheld until we receive the goods or proof of return.

Complaints

If a product is defective, you have rights under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act. Contact us within a reasonable time after discovering a defect.
